SUMMARY:APC November Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The perfect club to learn to hunt! Due to the prolific populations of predators there are no tags or limits on hunting predators (exception of lions)\, all you need is a license. Coyotes can be hunted year round and they are very wily and are the perfect animal to test your hunting skills! We hold monthly meeting August through May and bring in speakers\, Arizona Game and Fish wildlife biologists and others to educate on the hunting of predators\, ethical hunting\, wildlife management\, safe handling\, communicable diseases\, field harvesting\, skinning techniques. Arizona Predator Callers hold novice hunts where members mentor and share hunting knowledge with new hunters\, club hunts and multi-club hunt activities. We also host a youth Javelina and small game camp in unit 37b every January. \nWildlife Manager Wyatt Philabaum will be visiting for a Q&A (his region is where our youth camp is located) \nSkinning demo with Levi Slade \nFirearm Raffle: BPI Frontier Wind River Mag .50 caliber in-line muzzleloader \nEvery month is a new topic of discussion and a rifle raffle! Free to APC AND PVCI members and $5.00 for visitors. \nAnnual membership is only $35!
